Refund and Shipping Policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Due to the donation portion of each purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully prior to placing. If you have questions about sizing, please email us at channingsjoy@gmail.com. 

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at channingsjoy@gmail.com so we can make it right. 

SHIPPING:

We will always try to ship items within a timely manor. I am a one-woman show, so please be patient if I’m not able to ship right away. It typically takes 5-7 business days, but sometimes if your order is in stock, I am able to ship sooner.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We use USPS or UPS to ship and will always send you a tracking number when your order has shipped. To resolve any delivery issues, you must reach out to the shipping agency.
